Cheaper courses give general information, but they cannot see your baby or your feeding situation. In 1-to-1 support, I work with your real situation — your baby, your body, and your challenges — and guide you step-by-step until you feel confident doing it on your own.
You can message me first. I will help you understand your situation and recommend whether you need full support or just simple guidance.
I provide gentle, personalised guidance to help you feel more confident in your breastfeeding journey—whether before birth or after your baby arrives.
I provide support for a variety of breastfeeding concerns, including:
- Painful or shallow latch
- Difficulty with positioning
- Baby not latching effectively
- Milk supply concerns
- Engorgement and blocked ducts
I also support mothers who wish to transition towards exclusive breastfeeding, with personalised guidance tailored to your needs.
Yes. Antenatal preparation helps you understand what to expect after birth, how to position your baby, and how to avoid common early breastfeeding challenges. This can reduce stress in the first few days after delivery.
The ideal time is during your third trimester (28-36 weeks), so you can prepare early and start breastfeeding with more confidence when baby arrives.
As early as possible after baby’s arrival—especially if you are experiencing pain, latch difficulties, or uncertainty. Early support often makes a BIG difference.
Not at all. Many mothers seek support weeks or even months later. While early support can make a big difference, it is never too late to improve your breastfeeding experience. You can receive guidance and make positive changes at any stage of your journey.
Yes. I can guide you through positioning and latch techniques, observe your breastfeeding process, and help you adjust both your posture and your baby’s latch to improve comfort and milk transfer.
Yes. I will assess your feeding pattern, baby’s latch, and milk transfer signs. Many mothers feel they have low supply when the issue is actually related to latch, frequency, or positioning.
This is common in newborns. I can help you identify whether it is due to latch efficiency, feeding flow, or baby’s feeding cues, and guide you on how to gently keep your baby active during feeds.
Infant massage helps your baby relax, improves sleep, supports digestion, and strengthens bonding between parents and baby, while supporting healthy brain and body development.
Infant massage is generally suitable from newborn stage onwards, as long as your baby is stable and comfortable. The techniques will always be adjusted based on your baby’s age and condition.
Yes, when done gently and correctly. I will guide you on safe pressure, suitable timing, and baby cues to ensure your baby is comfortable throughout.

Yes, I guide parents on simple and practical newborn care during infant massage class to help you feel more confident with your baby.
Online sessions are suitable for general guidance. However, in-person sessions provide more personalised, hands-on support, allowing real-time adjustments based on your baby’s cues and your specific needs. I offer both options. Online sessions are usually limited to one or two sessions to keep the experience focused and effective.
Each session is personalised. I guide you step-by-step based on your situation while gently observing and supporting you and your baby.
During breastfeeding support sessions, with the mother’s permission, I may gently assist with minimal contact to help adjust positioning and latching if needed.
For infant massage sessions, parents are the primary caregivers throughout the session. I will demonstrate techniques and guide you step-by-step, while you practise directly with your baby. There is no direct handling of the baby by me during infant massage classes.
Your baby’s safety, comfort, and hygiene are always my highest priority.
- Infant massage session: approximately 45–60 minutes
- Breastfeeding support session: approximately 90–120 minutes
Duration may vary slightly depending on your needs, your baby’s condition, and the level of support required during the session.
Yes, absolutely. Your husband or a family member is welcome to join the session. It often helps them understand your baby’s needs and how to better support you at home. We encourage partners to be involved whenever possible, especially during breastfeeding and baby care guidance.
That is completely normal. Guidance is kept simple, and you may reach out if you need clarification later in the follow- up support.
Yes, you will receive WhatsApp follow-up support for 7 days after your session. I’ll be available to answer questions and guide you as you continue caring for your baby at home, so you don’t feel alone after the session.
